WHAT CIRCLE IS
Circle is a community for parents and little ones in Lisbon. Not a workshop, not a drop-off. A place built on three simple things.
We gather so parenthood feels less lonely.
The connection between grown-ups matters as much as anything the children do.
Little ones aren't accommodated on the side.
They explore and wonder freely, right beside the people who love them.
Becoming a parent doesn't mean disappearing.
Circle makes space to move, breathe and reconnect with yourself, with your little one right beside you, never set apart.
THE PILLARS
Adaptable movement and respectful spaces for bodies, babies, and nervous systems.
With your child, with yourself, and with other parents walking a similar path.
A slower pace and space to stay instead of rushing in and out.
UPCOMING GATHERINGS
Circle Saturdays are resting through the warmer months. They will return in the autumn, refreshed.
But the village keeps gathering. All summer we meet in softer, outdoor ways at Jardim da Estrela, our shaded home for the season.
Slow walks with coffee. Picnics with blankets and bubbles. And a morning of wonder for the littlest explorers. Some gatherings are free, one is held with a little care and a small fee, and every one of them is a place to belong.

Jardim da Estrela
A sensory, creative and musical morning.
Little ones, 0 to 5, explore watercolour, clay, collective painting and natural materials, before gathering for a sensory story full of music and rhythm with Alice. Child-led, with parents close by and community happening naturally.
We slow down through early August, then gather again, gently, for the last of the summer.

Jardim da Estrela
A gentle garden walk for families.
We begin over coffee at Espressolab, then wander a slow, stroller-friendly loop of Jardim da Estrela together, with playground time after for whoever wants to linger. A gentle morning to meet, move and find each other in the park.
